Terms & Conditions – Phutaya by Avart

Booking & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit of the total program cost is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due before or at check-in.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or secure online payment gateway.
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes and service charges.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more before arrival: You may cancel free of charge, minus a 3% administrative fee to cover transaction costs.
Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
Early departure: If you leave before completing your program, 100% of the contracted amount still applies.

Program & Stay Conditions

Each stay includes accommodation, meals, therapies, and classes as listed in your selected program.
Any unused services, meals, or treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Program adjustments may be made only for health or safety reasons, as advised by our wellness team.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Health Disclaimer

All wellness, fitness, and nutrition programs at Phutaya by Avart are designed to support holistic well-being.
They are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Guests are encouraged to consult their physician before joining any physical or detox activity.

Liability & Guest Conduct

Phutaya by Avart and Siam Wellness Retreat Co., Ltd. are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or property, except in cases of proven negligence.
To maintain a peaceful retreat environment, guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours and the comfort of others.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms, spa areas, and all shared indoor spaces.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, submitting a deposit, or using our website, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Phutaya by Avart (Siam Wellness Retreat Co., Ltd.).

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
